The championship game is on charter cable (channel 8 in south county) right now. Scoreless in the second period. Man, they play some good hockey. Maybe the Blues should watch this game.

we had a hockey team in hs, but you had to be loaded to afford to play for them. It cost something like $700 non-refundable just to try out. Now $700 may be a drop in the bucket for a number of people, but when it's non-refundable and not even a guarantee you'll make the team.
Needless to say, the team wasn't that good.
I maintain that high schools should have a spring roller hockey team. That's my first priority when I get out of subbing into a regular position... push for HS roller hockey.First Fan of the Halifax IceBreakers!Comment
