Kerry-Edwards would be a strong ticket!

Kerry-Clark would be good-- I'd really enjoy watching General Clark grinding up (or down) VP Cheney in a few debates!

I know plenty of people who voted for Nader and wouldn't do it this year if they were at gunpoint in the booth. The VP itself may not matter, but the pick illuminates the candidate's mindset.

I know four people (much more lib than me) who voted for Nader because Gore's pick represented a same as it ever was mentality.

Don't forget about the clintons pushing clark on the ticket. If they have the pull everyone thinks they do, it will be kerry/clark

It mattered in 2000 when Gore picked a Republican, er, Lieberman, to run with him.

That's why, IMO, so much support went Nader's way. Kerry would be wise to pick a photogenic, intelligent Southerner like Edwards.

If he makes the wrong choice, it won't be close.

And I don't think he can "deliver the South."

He probably wouldn't even help.
