Seems like a good idea. I personally hope that the Cotton Bowl gets the nod

Frankly..I dont' know why the visitors commission doesn't push for a Gateway Bowl. try to get a 2nd tier Big 12/Big 10 matchup. Maybe even try for a 2nd tier CUSA/Mac for a double header.

I would hope they make a provision that one team from the six non-BCS conferences gets an invite, provided that they are ranked high enough in the BCS. This way they would finally shut up about not getting enough respect, and it would legitimately give them a shot to prove themsleves against the big boys.

I guess this means they will continue with this ridiculous system even after the current BCS contract expires.
