According to FOXSports' Jay Glazer, "word is" that Rams GM Jay Zygmunt and president John Shaw will be out after this season.

That's a good place to start. All personnel decisions go through Zygmunt, and he's been a disaster. Chris Long is looking like a keeper, but it's hard for even a franchise like the Rams to blow it on a No. 2 overall pick.

Haslett said he and Devaney will make decisions on players, depending on if Jay says we have the money.

I won't put that in quotes, but that's about the way he said it.
