I don't think Alabama is the ninth-best team in the country. But they're going up against Arkansas, who might be the worst 2-0 team in the country.

You've got to be fucking kidding me.

        Notre Dame got four votes?

Auburn is 10th after its last two performances?

        Penn State is only 16th?

Auburn has a top 5 defense, but a bottom 5 offense.

This Auburn team reminds me of the Bama team that won the National Title under Gene Stallings. They weren't fancy on offense, but man could they play the defense.

I think Penn State is better than at least 7 teams ahead of them.

Off week for the Illini. They need it after their emotionless bullshit game they played on Saturday.

Games are 60 minutes long, boys, not 55.

Did the Illini play the second and third string guys in the fourth?

                      They played some backups.

With 5 minutes left, they had a personal foul on a sack, which gave UL 15 yards and fresh downs.

With 1:00 left, they did the same thing.

Just lifeless out there. They had the game in the bag and they went through the motions.

Offense was boring (which is fine, you don't want Penn State watching them open it up for 2 weeks leading into the game), but after they got up 2 TDs, they did absolutely nothing through the air or on the ground. Heartless effort.

Are they saving Benn for PSU? Haven't heard much from him since the MU game.

There was some speculation that they didn't want to give him 15-20 touches the game before PSU (the film that teams watch). If they did, obviously the Nitanny Lions would focus on him.

The return of Cumberland is going to be huge. Teams won't be able to just focus on Rejus.

Team needs to improve. They can't seem to put it all together.

Passing game was great in week 1, running game was great in week 2, defense was very good in week 3. Need to hit on all cylinders.

Yes, because they probably haven't heard of him so far.

                              Ha.

Well, you don't empty your playbook on UL-Lafayette when you run an offense like Illinois does. That was really my point.
