  • Rodney Harrison said this?

"People sometimes lose sight that we're brothers, we're fathers, sons," added safety Rodney Harrison. "They look at us like machines. A lot of times, people really don't consider that we're human beings, we have feelings, it hurts. We go through a bunch of different things, but they get so wrapped up in the game, that it's not real life."

Hmmm. Seems a bit out of character from someone who's NFL legacy will be as one of the premier cheap-shot artists of his generation.

PS: More Harrison from the same article:

"I'd have to say having Ryan Leaf quarterback us to a 1-15 record is probably the biggest challenge." -- Safety Rodney Harrison, referring to his time in San Diego when asked if moving on without Tom Brady is the biggest challenge he's faced in football.

Remember Rodney, Ryan Leaf isn't a machine. He's a human being with feelings. It hurts, you know.

Yeah, Brady gettin' tore up from the floor up, should've jogged his memory, of 'Hey, I've been here before.'

Later, he should've slapped the DE's ass & congratulating him on joining the "Left knee wrecker's club."

He should just start jerking off in front of his teammates. That will make him more popular.
