    Lounge Gathering - Friday Night at Growler's on Olive?

    Since this a big birthday week for Loungers and there are a couple other events to celebrate (T's new house, Guppy no longer collecting unemployment), I thought an impromptu happy hour might be in order this Friday. I was thinking about Growlers on Olive since they have that covered patio area.

    Anyone interested in attending such a shindig?

    Dear God, KBF here. I'd just like to say thanks, once again, for allowing Dusty Baker and I to live during the same time period. Every time I think he's given me his last gift -- overpitching Prior in the playoffs, getting cocky in Game 6 vs. the Angels, blowing another game for the Cubs -- he does something stupid like pitching to Albert Pujols. Thy will be done, baby!!!!!

      this is bridal shower weekend and I will be prepping and decorating Friday night. I wish I could go though.

                        I'm in...I figure I'll need a refill, as by happy hour time, my blood to alcohol ratio will be all screwed up.








                        (meaning I might have sobered up from Thursday night's festivities by then)
