and what i thought was interesting about that is in all the pics, you don't see people sitting around after gustav hit. you see people working to put things back in order or trying to get back to normal walking in markets again. surely they're getting some sort of help from somewhere (govt, un, etc), but its not like they were really just waiting around for anyone.Comment
