P. Diddy's next big superstar could come from the St. Louis area.
Blueberry Hill, at 6504 Delmar in The Loop, is hosting an open casting call for a new reality show called "Star Maker" which will be executive produced by Diddy and Mark Burnett of "Survivor" fame.
The show is looking for the next male and female singer to sign with Bad Boy Records.
The casting call begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday. People should be prepared to sing up to three songs either a capella, to a track or with an instrument. They should also be prepared for the audition to last all day.
Resumes, headshots and DVDs of performances are welcomed, but not required.
Applicants at the open call need to have completed and signed an application and release, which can be downloaded here.
People who can not make the casing call, may mail the application/release, a three-minuted DVD labeled with a name and phone number, and a photo to Star Maker Casting, 11693 San Vicente Blvd., 3324, Los Angeles, California, 90049.
All applicants must be 18-years-old or older.
