The DEA is raiding your house, get a lawyer just in case. Probably wouldn't hurt not incriminate yourself whether they read him his rights or not.

I actually knew somebody who got nailed in the same bust that Tommy Chong did. OK, not really. More like I had friends who knew a girl who busted for selling paraphernalia.

The shop in Johnstown sold tons of stuff that wasn't intended for legal tobacco, and I'm not sure what happened to either one of the girls mentioned in the article.

Why are they morons? Because they sold glass bong pipes in the a state where it was illegal? If you read more about this case, you would see that he was lied to about which states it was legal to sell in. He definitely made a mistake in not checking it out and being careful about it, but did he really deserve to have a S.W.A.T. team infiltrate his house at the crack of dawn with helicopters flying over head? Hell, even the LAPD were laughing at how over the top and completely unnecessary it was.
