Does anyone else play there?

I'm a little concerned about the legal aspect affecting US players. I've done some research on the topic. Supposedly, the act of gambling on online poker sites is not illegal, the illegal part applies to withdrawing and depositing funds. So, my basic question is whether or not it is safe.

I can't answer that with any certainty. I can only tell you I pulled my money out of Party Poker and Ultimate Bet 4 months before they shut down, and I have not played anywhere since.

He's on Full Tilt. I've played with him there. Although he might have played on pokerstars before, I don't know.

Anyway, I already gave you my thoughts on the matter. Have continued to play online since UIGEA passed with no problems at all.

I lost a couple of hundred by not pulling out of GamesGrid soon enough - pissed me off, as they had told me they were certain there would be no problem getting my money later.

I was totally surprised by this, you know - I thought they couldn't really shut down offshore gambling sites, but damn, have they brought it to a halt pretty quick.
