Dean Tells Obama, Clinton: One of you must go

WASHINGTON - Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean said Monday that either Hillary Rodham Clinton or Barack Obama must drop out of the Democratic presidential race after the June primaries in order to unify the party by the convention and win the election in November.

Well, I doubt Hillary agrees until she goes to the credential committee with her proposal to count Michigan and Florida delegates double in reparation for their mistreatment.

He said on MSNBC this morning that they are working on a solution to the Michigan Florida mess. He claims that no one will be happy with the result, but wouldn't reveal what they are considering.

He was on Meet the Press on Sunday morning.

Said that Michigan and Florida will be seated in some fashion. My guess is that half will seaton.

He is also urging the superdelegates to announce who they will be supporting sooner rather than later. He said "by the end of June", but I think he means....as soon as the June primary results come in.
