    Will the lack of a suitable rival hurt Tiger Woods' legacy?

    If Tiger played when Jack and Arnie were in their primes, they would have won quite a few less majors than they have now.

    It wouldn't really matter if he had a rival or not because he's the best golfer ever and it's really not even close.

        Look at Sneed and Nelson's overall games, though. Both had weaknesses in their games that Tiger simply does not have. And the ONLY reason Nelson won so many times in succession was because all the good pro golfers were at war at the time and he had pretty much no competition.
