I have a pretty strict policy when it comes to running. I don't.
I'd like to, but basically I have asthma that is brought on primarily by running. In the Spring/Summer/Fall when it's nice, I'll try to get in a mile or more of walking a few times a week, and when in decent shape I've been able to do some bike riding, either real or exercise, but running just doesn't work for me. Sometime last year I thought that it would be cool to be able to walk the half marathon, but I never got in the habit of walking long enough distances that would be required for preparing for such a long walk. Maybe next year.
