I can't watch YouTube

When I click on a video from youtube, and most other online video, the video plays for two seconds, then stops. I can move the bar to another portion of the video, and hit play, and it will play from that spot for two seconds, and then stop. This has been the case for two weeks.

WTF? Anyone?

(There are some videos I AM able to watch, but I haven't really paid close enough attention to tell you what.)
