Now this story I'm about to unfold took place back in the early nineties -- just about the time of our conflict with Sad'm and the Eye-rackies. I only mention it 'cause sometimes there's a man--I won't say a hee-ro, 'cause what's a hee-ro?--but sometimes there's a man.

Not really. Kah and Yaks will rip Bush for killing innocents (rightfully so) and the conservative Loungers will rip the Dems getting elected on the platform of ending the war and being gutless in the face of Bush's machine (again, rightfully so). It's a cyclical argument with no ending and no correct answers.

So let the "I'm right and you're a fucking idiot for diagreeing with me" posts begin!

By the way, someone needs to apologize.

I was going to post this yesterday, but decided not to start a thread for it...

This seems like as good of a place as any, though...

Sad story from ESPN about a little girl with no daddy anymore
" Look, forget the myths the media's created about the White House--the truth is, these are not very bright guys, and things got out of hand."

. . . and to tell you this: I work with gays, have friends who are gay, go to church with gays. Most of them are aware that I believe that homosexual behavior is sin. Some of them actually agree. Most don't. It's OK . . . because they also know or at least have been made aware of my multitude of sins: adulterous heart, lustful and covetous behavior, wicked pride, angry spirit . . . do I need to go on?

I think I heard Hillary say she regretted her vote in favor. Can't be sure though. The needles I put in my eyes while she's talking sometimes interfere with comprehension.
