    Capitals deal Kournikova to St. Louis

    The Capitals traded Anna Kournikova to St. Louis on Monday in exchange for the Aces' first-round pick in the WTT Roster Draft on April 1.

    The Capitals also gave up their second-round roster draft pick in the transaction announced by World TeamTennis.

    Kournikova played for the Capitals for the past three seasons and is a six-year veteran of the circuit.

      I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say this is the best trade in St. Louis since we acquired Lou Brock.

            Even though I have a tremedous amount of respect for you Schwa, I have to say that the Brock/Broglio trade is most certainly second now.

                          What?---Sharapova and Ivanovic are impressive looking women who play tennis at a high level of success.

                          Kournikova is a has been, who, unfortunately seems to have an eating disorder which has destroyed a lot of her attractiveness.
