Softball season starts tonight... Booyaa

Got the two late games...8:35 and 9:45...

Got to make up for a poor fall showing. Three injuries slowed us down.

15 run'd them both. 5 innings the first game(18-1), 6 the second(24-9)...

To be fair though, the second team only played with 9 players. We wore that poor center fielder out. He had to switch to right by the 5th inning. Just gassed...

We would start playing here but every player would need a raft to play in.

My leagues do not start up until next month.

B league Champions. Seeded third going into the tourny(10-4 record)...

18-4 the first game
23-6 the second (15 run rule)
18-10 the third

What makes it great was the top two seeded teams, our second and third games, where made up of over half A league players.

The third games was great. This was a team that beat us twice during the season... they went up 7-1 by the third. We inched back to 7-4 by the fifth. Went up 9-7 in the top of six, they go up 10-9 in the bottom of. We drop a 9 spot on them in the last inning ...

B, ASA. But again, I will quantify that statement in saying it is Bullhead City. The talent pool is small. But still...

Just got informed today, day after the championship, that they are moving us to A. We are not happy. We are a competitive B team, with solid D and hitters than can hit line drives and gappers...We don't have the homerun power to compete in A.

Yeah A is serious, I know some great C players that can hit well enough to get by in b, but go to A and it's a whole new deal. A is like a job.

One of my old bosses at work ran a Major team that was a traveling Worth team, hell they were The Worth team, He said that was a full time job traveling and everything.

I want a chance to win... We put this team together about a year and a half ago. (5 sessions ago) Won C in our second session (we have 3 sessions a year here). Moved up to B. Went to the finals and lost in two sessions, and finally won this one...

A does not interest me.
