  • Softball team needs sponsor.....

Perfect chance for Sports Cartel LLC to get back in the softball gig don't ya think?

We’d like to introduce ourselves. We are the Atlanta Packers, a gay softball team based here in Atlanta, GA. We are active members of the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA) and participate locally in the Hotlanta Softball League (HSL), one of the largest gay softball leagues in North America. We also travel nationally on a regular basis to tournaments throughout the year, and we have secured a berth to the 2007 NAGAAA Gay Softball World Series in Phoenix, Arizona. We are celebrating our 7th Season this year and our 5th return trip to the World Series. In the previous four Series, the Packers finished in the top 5 twice and the top 10 twice. This year we’re shooting for 1st place.

We have had an aggressive agenda this year, which has included a significant amount of travel – and our biggest trip still to come! To help us accomplish our goals, we are in search of team Sponsorship. While individual team members shoulder most of the financial burden, approximately $1000 per player, assistance is needed.

    Benefits
The Hotlanta Softball League (www.hotlantasoftball.org) season begins in April and ends in August this year. There are more than 50 teams and 750 players, and many supporters. Games are played on Sundays, with frequent social events. Sponsors of our team in this league will provide your organization visibility in a number of ways:

    • Team Uniforms – your name or logo can be placed on the team Uniforms
    • Team Banner – placement of your name or logo on the team banner, which is placed at the field during the Gay Softball World Series

    Why Sponsor the Atlanta Packers?

The Packers have an important distinction among teams in the HSL and throughout NAGAAA; which includes 56 softball leagues in 35 cities within the United States and Canada. We are one of the longest running, while also being one of the most successful. We are known not only for our sportsmanship, but also respected as a team that is highly competitive. We routinely place in the top 3 in the local league, and in the top 10 at national tournaments.

What is your team name? Don't you need a name that might fit what your sponsor is?
