  • Best Doughnuts in STL?

A trip to World's Fair doughnuts this morning got me thinking about this. The lady with the red, beehive hairdo is so nice. There's a place at Chippawa and Watson that is pretty good as well.

Dear God, KBF here. I'd just like to say thanks, once again, for allowing Dusty Baker and I to live during the same time period. Every time I think he's given me his last gift -- overpitching Prior in the playoffs, getting cocky in Game 6 vs. the Angels, blowing another game for the Cubs -- he does something stupid like pitching to Albert Pujols. Thy will be done, baby!!!!!

Well I was going to vote for World's Fair too.

Heaven Scent. Hands down, no question. They are located in O'Fallon. I'm not sure if they have any other locations.

I haven't been to the place in a couple years, but there's a place on 367 (Lewis & Clark BLVD) across from the old North Twin Drive In (now a bunch of new homes) They had some excellent donuts.

There used to be a place at Big Bend and 141 that had awesome donuts (early 90's), but they moved. When I worked at Dominos, we used to trade them a couple pies for about 3 dozen donuts on Sundays.

but no. It's on Olive in Olivette. I think there might be another one, too.

There's one on Brentwood near Manchester as well. I heard their ads on 1380. Been meaning to swing by there.

Can't argue with Heaven Scent, but there was a place called IIRC Yum Yum in the H'wood area that was also quite good.
