How in the heck did this come about? I understand that The Valley is using Kiel/Saavis/ScootTrade/Checkerdome over the next four days, but to be gone for 21 days is crazy.

              MLB says hello.

I remember the Cards going from Cincinnati to SF for two games and then to St. Louis.

The best vacation I ever took was a 5500 mile road trip in 2004. That ruled.

Well I have done most of those cities already. Some with hockey games and others just seeing

Detroit--check, drive through to and from Canada
Vancouver--check (3 hockey games in 5 days there)
                  Calgary--negative
                  Edmonton--negative
                  San Jose--check (Sharks/Wings game)
                  Anaheim--check, been there on vacation
                  Montreal--negative
                  Ottawa--check (Sens/Coyotes)
Chicago--check, but never for a hockey game there

My mother loves Montreal and we visited there when I was a kid. Some nice churches and restaurants. I understand that there are a lot of strip clubs too, but we weren't going there.
