  • Hillary's New Ad

Somebody who's not a technotard can post the YouTube version. Anyway, it shows kids sleeping in bed, and the narrator says, "It's 3 a.m., and your children are sleeping safely in bed. The phone rings in the White House. There's an emergency. Who do you want to answer it?"

My first thought was: John McCain.

This is supposed to make us fret about Obama, but I think it casts the same questions about Hillary. Not sure I want her answering the White House phone at 3 a.m., unless it's to post bail for Bill.

That sounds dumb for any candidate to air.

It's your basic Hail Mary. I'm not sure it's going to mobilize Democrats as much as Republicans.

My first thought was this guy...

“I’ve always stated, ‘I’m a Missouri Tiger,’” Anderson said March 13 after Arkansas fired John Pelphrey, adding, “I’m excited about what’s taking place here.”

Asked then if he would talk to his players about the situation, he said, “They know me, and that’s where the trust comes in.

If Hilary ever answers the phone in the White House it better be because she's a secretary or something.

When exactly does the sleeping president answer the phone? Don't they have "people" to do that for them?

                  Well - Hillary,

If your phone is ringing at 3am - My guess is Bill's out cat hunting again.

Second - if the phone does ring at 3am - and it's a national emergency - I am going to go with Obama - he's not carrying the baggage.

Exactly how does Hilldawg know more about our military than Obama?

And isn't that what the SecDef is for?

Yeah, I saw it on MSNBC this morning. We republicans appreciate her testing that approach against Obama for us. Actually, I thought the ad was pretty well done, but I can't imagine it will make much if any difference in the dem primary. But she's got to try something. She's down by 6 (I think) in Texas.

Why was the Mom fully dressed at the end of the ad? Probably out drinking all night.

I agree that it was well made, but I don't see how it helps Hillary Clinton.

She was the secretary that forwarded the call to Hilldawg.
