Our month end ended yesterday, so today is rather laid back.

And, yes, the sun is a welcome thing. I hate February. March sounds more like Spring.

I'm about to leave for the day. Headed to Best Buy for a new Playstation game. Then meeting some friends for lunch which will be the first time I haven't eaten at my desk since before Christmas. And then probably some beer drinking outside on this perfect 70 degree day.

Today is a good day.

I was picking up payroll checks this morning and was distracted from talking to the X-b/f...now I have to go back to the office to get them. They weren't in the mailroom, and I just figured someone else picked them up and left the mail. Come to find out, the checks never made it to the mailroom. Since I was on the phone, I didn't go to the other location to look for checks...and well, that's where they are.

The good thing is that it is sunny and seemed really nice out (temp wise) as I finally made it back to the project.

I have to work Sunday - that's going to blow...

The two worst months of the year will be over in a few short hours - thankfully. I'm always happy when March finally rolls around.
