Bill Biggs and Officer Tom Ballman through The BackStoppers, Inc. and the families of Public Works Director Ken Yost, and Council Members Connie Karr and Mike Lynch through other established funds – the five victims of the February 7 shooting tragedy at Kirkwood City Hall."
