  • It's apparently a big deal: McCain and lobbyist involved?

The NY Times reports that a lobbyist and McCain had some sort of "relationship" at one time...

It was "big enough" to break into MSNBC programming...

    Developing!

Apparently, it was known eight years ago but the Times sat on it till now...

If this is true, the storybook rise of Obama would continue. First Jack Ryan...
Nature always sides with the hidden flaw.

We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the hateful words and actions of the bad people but for the appalling silence of the good people.

I should clarify: MSNBC made it sound like it was something sexual at first and now it seems it's become "something else"

I haven't had the chance to read the piece yet, but I believe it goes as far back as that...

Jonathan Alter of Newsweek states that parts of this story were brought up during McCain's last presidential run and even addressed it on Nightline....

That's too bad...I'd be more likely to vote for him if he was getting some on the side.

It's a trick. He hasn't had a boner since 1984 (when his name was still Winston Smith -who - oddly- hasn't had one since).

The loan shenanigan using public election financing as collateral should be a bigger story. Not sure it will be.
