Poll: Hillary's Support Dropping Among Hispanics

    By Greg Sargent - February 19, 2008, 12:17PM
Ben Smith has a great catch -- the latest Gallup tracking poll shows Hillary's support eroding among Hispanics, a key core constituency...

Gallup also finds that Obama has gained among middle-aged voters, women, and self-identified Dems.
Gallup's conclusion: Obama has cemented his status as the candidate with momentum in the race, "holding a statistically significant lead in each of the last three tracking poll results."

stupid white fat guy---still employed. Intelligent latino campaign chairperson--replaced. Hillary should make up the erosion of hispanic support dating after the hispanic woman was fired by a sudden bump in support of stupid white guys.

    No.

It couldn't possibly be true that 99.99% of the voting public hasn't the first fucking clue who Patti Solis Doyle is, and that Obama's increasing support among Latinos is a product of his campaign catching on and being so successful with everybody.

All I was getting at in that previous thread is that real people don't know who Patti Doyle is and don't give a fuck. Voters are not moved by campaign personnel decisions. If Obama's making inroads in the Latino community, it's for the same reasons he's made inroads with so much of the rest of Clinton's support.

I think you are close to 90 percent correct. I doubt if anyone else on those two sites (Ben Smith and TPM)mentioned anything about it.

I think 99.99 percent is a bit high---I do think there were campaign workers who were offended enough to cause a few minor ripples.

I was mostly getting my Mark penn bashing fix.
