I agree. Absolutely loved to 70's Heart. They went mish mash in the 80's.

Yes they played at the fox. He did an acoustic black dog and I almost died. It was so good. Not sure if they played If I were a carpenter but it seems like they might have.

                    Was never a Heart fan.

But, appropriately on topic, I was reading a review way back when and the critic said some song -- maybe Barracuda? -- was nothing more than Achilles' Last Stand turned inside out. Think the implication that they were Zeppelin wannabes, but were hopelessly incapable.

It's funny the things you remember. I've retained that "inside out" comment since the day I read it.

I saw the blonde one on some Christmas show a few years ago, doing "All Through the Night" with, of all people, Richard Marx. It was a beautiful rendition.

Just about everything from Paul McCartney after his Beatles day,

They plat "My brave face" at my job. That may be my worst ranked song ever.

                          Wish they would have.

Best version of that song I ever heard was Willie Nelson and Sheryl Crowe. She has such a gorgeous voice.

Oooh, great assist: "Ebony and Ivory" by McCartney and Stevie Wonder. Low point for two all-time greats.

Careful. He wrote that with Elvis Costello. Think it was a pretty obvious Beatles paean.
