  • So, Wallace lands in Detroit in three-team deal

Moving To Motown Rasheed Wallace is on his way Detroit as part of a three-team deal with Atlanta and Boston. In what ESPN.com Insider is calling the deal of the season, the Pistons also get C's guard Mike James.

I dont understand the rules of trading draft picks.

It said that if Mil makes playoffs, Atlanta gets their pick in round 1.

    How is that?

What if they dont make it? does atl get shafted out of a pick? Or is it for another year?

It gets confusing when they do that shit

The Pistons should be able to sign Wallace because of the Bird exception.

Alot of these trades with draft picks have a clause that viods the pick if it is in the lottery. I guess the teams are gambling.
