If anyone is going to Jupiter

If anyone is going to Jupiter this spring I would like to highly recommend the Blue Note jazz club/ restuarant. It's located on Indiantown Rd. and Highway 1 in a little strip shopping mall. This place has the GREATEST ribs in the world. They actually call them "St. Louis style" and I'm telling you, they are fantastic. If your ever down there, I highly recommend it. The wife and I went down last year. Great time.

I forgot to ask you this before. Does that place allow kids for a like a lunch type thing? My 4 year old niece will be accompanying us to Jupiter. If she can't go in, I will still be able to get there, but things sure are more fun with her around.

We were with my parents and they wanted to get the "early bird" dinner. I don't even know if they are open for lunch to be honest. They do a large dinner trade and then about 8 or 9 the jazz club kind of takes over. But I would imagine kids would be ok at least during dining hours. All I can say, is try it.

I went down to Jupiter last year - couple places that I liked...

Abbey Road (pretty wide variety of food - plenty of TV's for March Madness)

For seafood two places I liked...
Crab House (good food - great view of Jupiter Lighthouse)
Reef Grill

Park Avenue BBQ (good ribs - pretty casual)

For a "dive bar" with really good burgers/wings - we found a place called the Brass Ring.

Now that I think about it, there weren't many places that I didn't like while I was down there.

Stan, did you take the boat tour at the Crab shack? Multi million dollar homes of which some were owned by the late Perry Como, Greg Norman, Jaspar Parnivik and many many others I can't remember off the top of my head. Very impressive. The tour guy says that Jupiter has the highest per capita in the country.

I'll be IN Florida just about to Jupiter at this time in 2 weeks. first thing I do there after dumping my stuff in the room? RUN to the beach with my niece who's never seen such a sight. I can't wait to see her face.
