I could definitely see Parcells picking him up and I'm sure Vinny wouldn't mind going there since his best season came playing for him.

Testaverde was a mismatch for the Jets the last couple years, since they brought in the West Coast Offense, because he likes to throw the ball downfield. He still has one of the strongest arms in the league.
