Out here in LA, watching the game on KCAL. Lakers at Denver. Down all night long. They claw back from 10 down in Q4. Down by 2, final seconds. Walton kicks it out to Kareem, who drills it from beyond the arc. Lakers win.
Great to see Kareem doing well. I have questioned his drive, heart, and desire at times, but he has been playing well of late, subbing for all the injured starters the Lakers have had.
“I’ve always stated, ‘I’m a Missouri Tiger,’” Anderson said March 13 after Arkansas fired John Pelphrey, adding, “I’m excited about what’s taking place here.”
Asked then if he would talk to his players about the situation, he said, “They know me, and that’s where the trust comes in.
GREAT! I had a class with him a few years ago, Nice guy. I root for all 3 MIZZOU alums in the NBA. My fantasy basketball team's name is Kareemrushinla. The last couple of years I have had people ask me who Kareem was when seeing my team name. He scored 30 a month ago, maybe he can start to make more of an impact.
