What about the 007 Bonds' standard? Unless we have videotape of Marion Jones injecting a substance, clearly marked "STEROIDS" on the syringe, then we can't possibly know that Jones used steroids. After all, she denied it.

So Conte points the finger at Jones and Montgomery, and the trainer implicates Jones and BONDS. At least Jones and Montgomery were clean in their tests. Presumably Conte will state that the steroid was the previousy undetectable THG, and then Jones, Montgomery and Bonds will all say that if we were using steroids, it was without our knowledge. We trusted Conte. We had no idea. None.

If it was THG was it illegal in track and field at the time they say she used it, or was it legal like it was in baseball?

Jones' ex-husband, tim montgomery, got banned for a year (I think) for using THG...
