That's what I was thinking. Sheets struck out Lankford, Pujols and Edmonds. Edmonds has struck out a few times since then. Pujols apparently didn't like that feeling, and decided not to do it anymore.

I hate to say this, but Pujols probably should have even more walks than he does. He's so aggressive. The hit he had last night was a pitch at eye level. Same with that game ending at bat against Colorado on Sunday--hit it to the wall, but he got nothing to hit. Even the pitches to get to 0-2 weren't very good. And that was with the bases loaded. But I guess I shouldn't complain. The guy likes to hack, and he's very good at it.

He almost looks angry at the pitcher when they walk him, like the pitcher's a wuss or something.
          I'm always right.

            That's a gonzo stat. Ridiculous.

That's in the Gagne's no blown saves category from last year.

I like the aggresive approach until he gets to 2 strikes.

Now if he'll just be consistent as he always is. Look at his projected stats....

              http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/player...e?statsId=6619

              61 HR, 152 RBI, 152 BB, 10 K.

I just think it's funny that they actually put that in print.

Those projections are certainly eye-popping. But they're just that, projections.

Hey! That's my line! You can always be right, but you don't have to say so. That's my schtick.

Like the projected stats, but we're only 10% into the season. 10 strikeouts for the year--that would be amazing.

I could easily see him getting less than 50, though.

On another note, Barry Bonds is projected to hit 91 home runs.

                            Even better:

Moises Alou is on pace to hit 65 HR.
