  • U.S. Supreme Court denies Clarett's appeal

I don't have a link; just saw the update on the ESPN2 Bottom Line while setting the Tivo to record tonight's NHL games. Feel free to post a link if you have one.

I just saw it on the news also.

I think it is terrible, the whole thing just keeps college making money and stops the NFL from having to have a development league.

And it basically stops any kid who can't get into college from ever joining the NFL.

I think it's great because I think Clarett is an asshole.
        Are you on the list?

          What's NFL Europe?

Don't give me this bullshit of no development league.

I really don't need to hear the bitching of how unfair the NFL is because a bunch of high school students couldn't cut it in the NFL and were given their pink slips.

You know what's hilarious? CNBC had the story before ESPN did

I think the NCAA should have an exemption for guys like Williams. However, there's nothing stopping him from going back to college to study.

well, Williams should have thought twice before doing that. Did he hire an agent? I thought you could declare for the draft and come back if you weren't drafted?
