Predictions --
Hart -- St. Louis
Vezina -- Luongo (Kiprusoff - prove it to me on the 2nd swim through the league)
Norris -- Niedermayer (DEAD!)
Selke -- Draper
Calder -- Raycroft
Lady Bing -- who cares? How did Alfreddson get nominated anyway?
Jack Adams -- all about the playoffs (which of course is not true for voting)From this day forward, I no longer shall tinker with the machinery of death.
For more than 20 years I have endeavored-indeed, I have struggled-along with a majority of this Court, to develop procedural & substantive rules that would lend more than the mere appearance of fairness to the death penalty endeavor.
I feel morally and intellectually obligated simply to concede that the death penalty experiment has failed.
The path the Court has chosen lessens us all. I dissent.

Nabokov got the shaft. He should've been one of the Vezina finalist.
Anyhoo, predictions:
Vezina - Brodeur
Hart - St. Louis
Calder - Raycroft
Norris - Chara (Although it's hard to believe that Niedermayer still hasn't won one, and he certainly has a possibility this year.)
Selke - Draper
Adams - Wilson
Lady Byng - Who gives a fuck.

Roberto Luongo for Vezina!!!!!
Brodeur is up against Florida's Roberto Luongo and Calgary's Miikka Kiprusoff for the Vezina Trophy. Kiprusoff, from Turku, Finland, posted the lowest GAA at 1.69. Luongo, from Montreal, faced by far the most shots of any goaltender at 2,475, yet posted a save percentage of .931.

See how the article describes for which team Luongo and Kiprusoff play and then tells us from where they are.
Luongo plays for Florida, but he was born in Montreal. From this day forward, I no longer shall tinker with the machinery of death.
