Reports say Danton's agent was target

The Post addresses it as a rumor in the above story.

If Danton's agent WAS the target, then that could explain why Danton was concerned about the target "leaving" him, without it meaning that Danton is a homosexual.

Agent is the target, yet said agent is vehemently defending his boy to the press.........

this story is getting so confusing that I may have to stop trying to think about it or even paying attention to it.

maybe that's the point of them throwing out as many scenarios as possible?

Speaking of buying it, why did the Blues buy this clown's contract from New Jersey. This is supposedly a professional sports organization. Was the writing on the wall with this guy or what.

There was an interesting story on KTRS this morning about the agent. Supposedly, he becomes some sort of father figure for the players he represents. He had 4 players on the same team in the Quebec Major Junior League and the team wanted to trade one of them. He refused (don't know how he had this right) saying that if one was traded, then all 4 had to be traded. So a 9 player deal was brokered. Also, the team would have meetings and these 4 would not show up, going to see Frost instead. They also said those players would not take direction from the coach during games instead they would look into the stands for hand signals from Frost on what they should do.

The reporter spoke to some people up in Canada who are familiar with him. Don't know about the credibility, but if true, that kind of sheds some light on the whole Danton story and all the troubles he had with his parents growing up.
