I guess I'd have to go w/ Astros, though there are striking similarites w/ the Cubs as well.

Blues = Cubs? Astros? Make Your Comparison

There is no comparison. There is absolutely no leadership or accountability anywhere in this organization, and it starts with the owner and trickles down to the last player. Ray Barile is the star of this organization. The sad thing is that there won't be any changes because any season where you make the playoffs is a "success" according to the organization and their standards. Dev summed it up beautifully.

Cubs have been called the Blues of baseball, or vice versa. However, they have won, and right now are at least trying, unless this is their equivalent to the late nineties Blues.
Blues are more like the Braves, minus 1995.Lounge sponsor of Gary Brackett, Reggie Wayne, Henrik Zetterberg (not lounge approved) and all country music.

Even though no one was alive to see it, at least the Cubs have a championship on their resume.
I equate the Blues to the New Orleans Saints.
They are MUCH more pathetic than the BluesGo Cards ...12 in 13.

I'd have to choose the Blues as the most frustrating team in pro sports history.
It's much easier to make the post season in the NHL.
The NBA is roughly about the same as the NHL in terms of teams making the playoffs.
The NFL is next.
Baseball is the toughest of the 4 majors.Go Cards ...12 in 13.
