Billy has written some crappy schlock, like Uptown Girl and I Go to Extremes, but he has also written some really great music.

Joplin was a comet, but her best work can't touch Joel's best.

Its an opinion poll. You don't like him...most do.

I don't like some of the other artists that have won.

Joel wrote some slop ...no doubt....but he had a lot of good stuff too.
