  • Bonds hits #661

What are the chances of that happening?

He gave the ball yesterday to Bonds...

Today on Sportscenter he said if he caught it...he would keep it for himself.

    Wow.
You're being fucking dramatic. You own a TV and an air mattress. That's not exactly what I'd call "a lot to lose."

we can all hope his head somehow gets too big enough to be supported by his neck, and he has to retire from the game before that happens...whether that be from steroids or just his ego.

No kidding. I thought Tony and Mike's take on PTI was right on, that 660 is something that has been created more by ESPN than anything else. I think the watch should really start if he passes Babe Ruth and approaches Aaron.

                      700 is a HUGE number

If and when he breaks that, which should be this year, all hell will break loose on ESPN.

I cant stomach Berman and Morgan following around Bonds and the Giants every game.

How can anyone say Barry Bonds is overrated? This guy is over 40 years old and in better shape than most anyone has ever been. Not to mention he just passed freaking Willie Mays in all time home runs.......please explain. The impetus is on you guys. The Babe is next.....granted Barry doesn't have any World Series wins as a pitcher, but he will end up above Babe in the home run race. I don't want to hear any steroid rants unless someone has some solid facts to back up their takes.
I always tell the truth. Even when I lie.
