America's sporting press had some fun with John Daly at the Masters, since the star-crossed slugger parked his trailer home in the parking lot at the local Hooters. But Tipsheet gives a nod to this rare athlete that remains true to his roots.

"Why shouldn't I be here?" Daly asked. "They're my kind of people."

Im a huge Tiger fan, but what does he want the name Tiger to stand for? The dude that wins majors like it aint shit, or the guy that finshes over par in consecutive majors? Im glad Mickelson won, maybe Tiger will quit being such a pussy, and regain his throne.
