Wasn't Kerrey the guy who called Clinton "an unusually good liar?"
    I'm always right.

Be honest here, if Clinton had a chance to get Bin Laden and didn't, do you want to know about it? Do you think it is important??
I'm more interested in the direction our country is going, not where it's been.

knowing Clinton's mistakes and analyzing why they happened is fine and dandy, but I'm more interested in finding out the truth behind our current and potential 2nd term president's follies.

.. the purpose of this commission is to shift blame from Al Quaida to the Bush administration.
Does anyone really think Bush would have let those attacks go on had he known about them? After all, the plane that the passengers brought down was headed for Bush himself. I would think if there was some credible intelligence saying that was going to occur he just might have acted on it.

So there is a commission trying to blame someone for attacks that were aimed at themselves....right

Then perhaps the media is to blame for emphasizing the Bush failures. Clarke on the interview circuit didn't help. Then on top of that, the Rice testimony was carried live by every major network as if she was on trial.

I'd be interested in seeing just how tough the commission really was on Clinton's NSA. I didn't see that. But I thought some commission members had agendas in how they approached Rice.
Bush is getting more attention because 9/11 happened on his watch, he "lead" the nation into war in Iraq, and he is up for re-election.

I know it kills you guys, but Clinton isn't running for President this year. His failures, while important, are in the past, while Bush is continuing to make them even as we speak.

You guys will likely never understand what a watershed event your slavish support of Slick Willie amounted to.

All left-wing moral authority was lost.

That's why nothing you throw at the wall sticks to this guy.
And, frankly, it has never occured to me that "winning" a debate is important, or that I should be hurt when someone like Airshark or kah, among others (for whom winning a pseudo debate or declaring intellectual superiority over invisible others is obviously very important) ridicule me.

Are we still talking about 9/11 or blowjobs?

a post like that and finishing it to a "throw shit at the wall" reference.
