I'm pumped about baseball. These guys are fun to watch. You gotta love a spark at the top like Womack, and Ray Lankford with a new purpose. The bullpen has been excellent and will be better when we ship out Simo and bring up Kiko.

And just when do you think our beloved TLR will suddenly decide to bring up the young Calero and dispose of the veteran, Simo? I'm not holding my breath. La Russa relates to players like Simontachi more than any other. That's why he clings to them over younger players.

We'll see today I guess. A couple of offensive games like this has to help the confidence.

He had a good year last year even playing with a plethora of injuries.
