  • Need Restaurant Recommendations

For one of my classes we're taking a field trip in May, and we're going to the Art Museum, Science Center, a restaurant in either Central West End or The Hill, and then to the Fox Theatre.

My teacher said she'd take suggestions on where we wanted to eat, and then she'd look into prices, etc.

So what I'd like is 3 or 4 recommendations for both Central West End and The Hill. Remember, price is an issue, so don't go too expensive, but don't recommend something shitty either.

Dont lie, you are trying to take a chick there before you see her kiss her cousin.

Which is cool, just dont lie about it

Seriously, this is a great quesion. I have wanted to go to the hill but never have. Where is goood to eat there and where are the cheaper places?

price is going to be tough...there are a few great sandwich shops on the hill that could probably affordably cater an event

      good eats too
      Are you on the list?

        I like that one place...

        Trattoria Marsala

But I don't care about price when I go there. I get the feeling it's not cheap.

it's not at all cheap, or on the hill

so.......i'm not terribly sure how that would help

it is a superb, superb restaurant though

Also, the restaurant should be a bit more formal, with a more intimate and quiet setting.

Glove, do you have a price idea in mind?

what about the restaurants at the art or history museums?

It doesn't have to be on The Hill, it can also be in Central West End, and it doesn't have to be extremely cheap. Like the middle price range. Oh, and it doesn't have to be open during the day, either. We're going there at like 5:30 I think.

                          Glove,

                          I was just playing.

Now I can't stop laughing long enough to think about answering your question.

Okay. You know, I need to quit this thread now.

                            Glove,

How many people are going on the field trip? If there are loads, I guess that would affect your choice of restraunt too. From the times I've been to the Hill, a lot of the restraunts are kinda tiny,
