Muslims rioting in France. Muslims flying airplanes into buildings. Don't want to leap to conclusions here, but anyone else worry that we're in the middle of a religious war that only one side has declared?

no, the disruption and revolution in France stems from poor domestic policies. Nationalistic immigration policies, oppressive taxes, low wages and abundant unemployment.Un-Official Sponsor of Randy Choate and Kevin Siegrist

Great question. I keep reading Thomas Friedman and others, who tell me that there are millions of peace-loving Muslims who think what's going on is terrible. But you never seem to hear from them.
I guess we're going to have to go with Plan B: Holy war."There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."

I agree with lazy that the situation in France is economic and societal and not driven by religious zeal.
And everyone on the planet except Americans realized long ago we are already engaged in a Holy War against Islam. Our crusade in response to 9/11 is exponentially out of proportion. 9/11 "changed everything" only because we allowed our "leaders" to take advantage of it for their predetermined ends. The Dude abides.
