• So for Monday Night Football

my friends are coming over and I have to cook dinner because it's my turn in the football schedule.

I was thinking maybe trying to make some andouille grinders like at broadway oyster bar and I think I can figure most things out except for the cajun sauce. I could try to figure it out or I could ask here if anyone has any suggestions.

I want to make the chips like they have too, but I might burn down my house and I don't have a deep fryer.

I want to make the sauce from scratch and googling has not brought anything I feel like would work. But I haven't yet spent a lot of time on it.

OR I could just make CSD's philly cheesesteaks again. Those were very popular, but on the extreme expensive side for 9 people.

Well, seeing as how you can't really talk smack until your team actually defeats the Pats, I would say that is a good decision.

I'll be rooting for the Colts on Monday night.

I need to find a bakery that will put Peyton's likeness on a cake in icing.

But CG, to keep in the Spirit of Peyton Manning you would need to call the bakery several times throughout the day & change what you want on the cake.
