Last time they were in STL, they took 2 out of 3. 1997, the first year of Interleague play. I was at the second game in which the Cards won.

It seems to run in patterns. For awhile, like several years in a row, we opened against Montreal. We had Philadelphia for a couple of years.

It's really odd.

They always do that with opening day. In case it rains on the 10th, they'll have opening day on the 11th and those who purchased opening day tickets wont be screwed.
