• I Broke The Dam

These guys are geniuses. The episode "Two Days Before The Day After Tomorrow" is about global warming hysteria. Some cool exchanges:

QUOTE
Reporter: "We have no reports of fatalities, but our estimates are that casualties are in the hundreds of millions. Since Beaverton only has about 8,000 people, this will be quite a setback for the town. We're reporting looting, killing, raping, and even acts of cannibalism in Beaverton right now."
Anchor: "You've actually seen these things going on?"
Reporter: "No, we haven't seen them, we're just reporting them."
and

QUOTE
Randy Marsh: "Nobody can leave this building."
Mrs Garrison: "But we need supplies! Food! Silicone!"
Randy Marsh: "If you go outside, you die."
Crowd:
Randy Marsh: "By now, global warming has caused a new ice age, and the temperature outside is over seventy million degrees below zero."
Crowd: "We didn't listen!"
and my favorite:

QUOTE
Randy Marsh: "My colleagues believe that global warming could strike as soon as the day after tomorrow."
CDR: "Excuse me, Doctor Marsh, but while I'm sure we're all impressed with your wild theories, there is still no statistical evidence that global warming even exists. Do you expect us to shut down the economy?"
Randy Marsh: "With all due respect, Cliche' Dissenting Republican, the economy won't matter, the day after tomorrow."
Agreed. The steroid epsiode was absolutely killer.

I don't know if there is anything to global warming or not but that episode was funny as hell. It's amazing how much TV you get to watch when you are stuck at home on the DL for over a month.
Our generation has had no Great Depression, no Great War. Our war is spiritual. Our depression is our lives.

I said the last couple seasons, what I meant to say was last season and this one new episode of the next season. Everything before that is gold including the steroid episode.

Oh man.

You have Timmy trying to explain to counseler Mackey that Jimmy is doing steroids. And all he can say is Timmy and Jimmy. I laughed so hard I cried.

Um-kay.

I saw it, just as dissappointing as it has been.

I thought tonight's was great. The series has actually gotten better with time. Every episode deals with some serious current issue and they are still hillarious. I absolutely loved the Terry Shivo episode from last season.
