The people of St. Louis can only hope...

Mick Jagger is in better shape than far too many NBA players. It's up in the air whether the same can be said of Keith Richards.

He's asked to be assigned to Ladue.
And, frankly, it has never occured to me that "winning" a debate is important, or that I should be hurt when someone like Airshark or kah, among others (for whom winning a pseudo debate or declaring intellectual superiority over invisible others is obviously very important) ridicule me.

I wouldn't mind seeing him in the Monkey House - ala Trading Places.

Just to clarify thetorch is not a police officer. thetorch's roommate is an STLPD officer in the 3rd district. We do share the same computer and he does post under my handle sometimes. thetorch is a process server but will be a police officer after I finish college after this semester.

This particuliar case is a tough one. The officers believed the family was in danger from the suspect. I might have done the same thing under the circumstances.

Another reason to leave the city.
When you say to your neighbor, "We're having a loud party on Saturday night if that's alright with you," what you really mean is, "We're having a loud party on Saturday night."

are you serious? The officers didn't even know the family was in the car?

I have gone to SLU (among other schools) but am now at Lindenwood.

Leaving the city may not be such a good idea. I am probably in the surrounding areas more than I am in the city. I am licensed to work in St. Charles, St. Louis CO and city, Jefferson and Franklin. I am not sure if I want to work in the STLPD or not. I am keeping my options open.
