      Good point.

History says it won't be for long.

The turnovers will come back and bite them in the ass.

Maybe, but why limit the offense even more than it is already?

The Rams should be running the ball more. They are having success in that area.

Because there is going to be a point where the running won't be effective and you'll have to rely on the pass.

The kid deserves a look. We know what we have in Martin. Before a bye is the best time to do it, since Bulger will be back.

              Patrick,

              Not true.

Watch the game. Ram defense is taking control.

And, frankly, it has never occured to me that "winning" a debate is important, or that I should be hurt when someone like Airshark or kah, among others (for whom winning a pseudo debate or declaring intellectual superiority over invisible others is obviously very important) ridicule me.

Why does the kid "deserve" a look?

My guess is that he doesn't have as firm a grasp on the offense as Martin does. So how would that improve the passing game?

                  Scratch my earlier post.

Good call by the Jags on the blitz.

Because Martin isn't a good second quarterback.

How do you know Fitzpatrick doesn't have good command of the offense? You don't. That's why you get him in there to see.

You know where you stand with Martin, and it isn't pretty.

                        They can't play a zone

They can't heat on the QB without blitzing.

Live by the sword...die by it.

That's fine...keep blitzing. Its the only way they have any success on D.

I know because Martin is playing and Fitzpatrick isn't.

How do you know Fitzpatrick would be an upgrade? Have you ever seen a QB making his NFL debut? It usually isn't pretty.

If he can throw 3 more he could have as many INT's as Kurt did fumbles.
