Apropo Dan Dierdorf, I saw him at a gas station yesterday in his brand new BMW 750. Looked a lot smaller than I would have expected, and he had to use his car as a crutch to walk. Such is the life of an ex-NFL lineman. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img]

Dan has had double knee replacement surgeries a few years ago, so it's not surprising that he's lost weight.

That's the price for fame. Had Busch Stadium, or the NFL not had artificial turf, he'd be in better shape, and may have played longer.
